We were retained by the timber frame contractor to complete a design review of the superstructure and provide a foundation design.

Project Highlight

This design was a wood superstructure that consisted entirely of heavy timber – no engineered wood products of any kind were used.

As such, the central challenge of this project was the structural analysis and considerations for constructibility and performance, especially in terms of durability.
