Foothills Crossing is a multi-building residential development that highlights our strong, long-term collaboration with Kelson Investments across several phases of construction. Serving as Engineer of Record, we developed structural solutions for a hybrid system incorporating wood framing, structural steel, and concrete, including podium construction and a suspended parkade slab to support the residential buildings above.

Delivered over multiple years, the project spanned a period of significant economic uncertainty and evolving project conditions. Our team remained flexible and responsive throughout, adapting structural designs and coordination approaches to accommodate changing material availability, shifting project requirements, and a rotating consultant team.
