Project Highlight

This multi-building residential project was constructed over several years and required the structural design to evolve alongside the development. As the project progressed, our team repeatedly adapted the base drawings in response to design changes, new requirements, and site considerations that emerged throughout the timeline.

The Framework 22 development ultimately delivered more than 100 residential units and included a mix of multi-storey condominium buildings and townhouse units.

One of the primary buildings was a four-storey, 40-unit condominium constructed using wood-frame construction supported on a concrete foundation system.

Delivering the development required close collaboration across the full design team as a variety of structural and coordination challenges were encountered over the multi-year timeline. Through ongoing refinement and coordination, we supported the successful realization of this large residential development.
