Project Highlight

Harnessing our expertise in wood frame and mass timber construction, we developed a structural design that supported the architect’s vision while delivering a durable and efficient structural system. The building utilizes wood frame and mass timber elements supported on shallow concrete foundations, with shear walls providing lateral stability and overall structural performance.

As the project progressed, multiple roof revisions were introduced to accommodate changes in mechanical unit placement, requiring last-minute structural framing adjustments and drawing updates. Our willingness to remain flexible and responsive throughout the design process allowed us to efficiently implement these changes without compromising structural integrity or project schedule.

By adapting quickly to evolving requirements and maintaining close coordination with the design team, we ensured the structural system remained aligned with both the architectural intent and construction timeline.
