Project Highlight

Expanding the cleaner flotation circuit at Red Chris Mine required structural solutions capable of supporting new process equipment while working within the constraints of a fully operational facility. Drawing on our extensive experience at this site, we developed the structural design for a new flotation column exceeding 45 feet in height, including the equipment foundation and supporting steel structure.

Integrating the new structure within an active processing environment required careful coordination around existing pipe racks, platforms, catwalks, and operating equipment. We designed raft and pedestal foundations, steel support framing, and access structures that provided the strength and stability required while remaining practical for installation by site crews.

By combining technical expertise with a clear understanding of site operations, we delivered a dependable structural solution that supported the successful expansion of the mine’s processing capabilities.
