Access was the lead consultant in this project, which was to design and construct a substantial and seamless addition to a commercial office.

Project Highlight

Designing a new addition to a building to be indistinguishable from the existing one is not without its challenges.

While aesthetically we had a strong guide, ensuring the new build was up to sustainability and fire codes meant we needed to use our knowledge of permit processes at the city and good relationships with authority reps and local contractors to ensure we delivered with precision and care.
