As with many residential projects, our ability and willingness to have flexibility in our process and design was drawn upon to ensure this project went smoothly.

With multiple roof changes due to mechanical unit placement, there were a number of last minute design and drawing updates required to accommodate framing changes – which we accomplished and delivered on time keeping to our committed schedule.
