This community childcare facility drew on our depth of experience in wood frame construction to develop a structural system that supported both the building’s functional needs and the project’s evolving design requirements. The structure incorporates wood framing supported on concrete foundations, with shear walls providing lateral stability and reliable long-term performance.

As design requirements and cost considerations evolved, our team remained flexible and responsive, refining structural layouts and identifying efficiencies without compromising the integrity of the building. Structural drawings were developed using Revit, and WoodWORKS Shearwalls was used to model and validate the lateral load-resisting system, ensuring accuracy and coordination throughout the design process.

By staying adaptable and engaged through each stage of the project, we delivered a structural solution that aligned with the architectural vision while supporting the successful completion of this important community facility.
