A mixed-use commercial-residential build constructed as a LEED Certified Building – one of only two certified buildings in Prince George. This building also won Best Innovative/Construction Architecture/Design at the 2019 Northern BC Housing Awards of Excellence.

Project Highlight

This project is near and dear to our hearts. We designed and acted as the Coordinating Registered professional (CRP) on the construction of our new office building in Prince George.  

With 1,500 sq.ft. of office space on the main floor and a two bedroom 1,500 sq.ft. private residence on the second floor this building was welcomed by the City of Prince George with downtown-living mixed-use construction being highly encouraged. 

Balancing the commercial and residential street level functionality in one building on the cusp of Prince George’s downtown core and adjacent crescent neighbourhood proved an exciting challenge for our team to collaboratively design.
